A standard 🙂
oven 375ºF/17oºC
Crust:
crumbs of 15-20 graham crackers or 30 ‘bolacha torrada’, any kind of crunchy sweet biscuits
1/2 stick of butter (+- 125gr. – enough to bind cracker crumbs!)
1 Tbs honey
1 Tbs flour
Mush up with fingers or in food processor and press firmly into bottom of spring-form pan.
Filling:
3 pkgs of cream cheese (16oz each)
1/3 c sugar
4-5 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 lemon: juice and grated rind
Blend till smooth and creamy. Pour on top of crust and bake for 25 min (or until set)
Cool.
Topping:
1 pt sour cream (+- 2 cups) or Qwark
1/2 c sugar
1 tsp vanilla~
Blend. Pour on top of cooled filling and bake at 375ºF for 5-10 min.
Cheesecake must set in refrigerator and be served chilled!
